ESA Faculty

Dr. Tom Blair, has been Director of ESA since 1977 and is Professor Emeritus from City College of San Francisco. The French government has recognized Dr. Blair's contributions to French education by awarding him the prestigious Palmes Académiques.

Dr. Terri Nelson, is the Associate Director of ESA. Professor of French at California State University, San Bernardino. She has received several teaching awards.

Prof. Vincent Morissette is a Faculty Member at Fairfield University and Sacred Heart University (Connecticut). Professor Morissette is a recipient of the California Language Teachers' Association Outstanding Teacher Award.

Dr. Lynne Vogel-Zuiderweg is a full-time faculty member in French and Spanish at East Los Angeles College. She has also taught at Santa Monica College and at the California Academy of Mathematics.

Prof. Francine Rozenkopf, a native of Paris and former UCLA faculty member, looks forward to leading her group from Los Angeles City College.

Professor Philippe Kreiter teaches French and Spanish at Central Catholic High School in Portland, Oregon, where he also moderates the Latino Student Union.

Prof. Rebecca Ebin has taught at numerous Los Angeles colleges, including West Los Angeles College, El Camino College and East Los Angeles College.

Prof. Brian Daniels teaches French at LA Valley College and will be joining us for the first time this year.

 

Language instruction is also provided by the faculty of the Institut Catholique.
