ESA participants can choose among several cultural enrichment activities: an evening at the ballet (set in the Garnier Opera House, location of the original Phantom of the Opera), a classical concert (set in one of the historic churches of Paris), or an evening at Louis XIV's palace of Versailles. If you just can't choose and want to do everything, there are usually extra spots available for a small additional fee.
ESA arranges for you to visit a number of museums and monuments as part of its Civilization program. This year's group visits include: Ste. Chapelle, Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, the Petit Palais, les Invalides and more!
ESA offers two options with most of its walking tours: a visit in French or a visit in English. Feeling adventurous? You may want to do the French walk and see how much your ability to speak the language is improving!
Enjoy the company of other ESA participants; explore Paris with other francophiles!
ESA's rooming options give you a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Rooms with private baths are available.
